Stocking a diaper bag and changing table

Just had my shower and feel like I have everything I need... except I don't know what to do with it! Tried searching the boards for a list but no luck. So what goes in a diaper bag and what should be in the changing area? TIA!

changing area i would keep diapers, vaseline or desitin, a pee pee cup (if its a boy) baby wipes, a brush, a nasal aspirator, nail clippers, an extra pacifier. I keep pjs' onesies and spit up rags in my changing area as well.

My diaper bag had:

Diapers
Diaper cream
Wipes
Disposable diaper bags (great to put dirty diapers in and clothes that get soiled by dirty diapers)
Change of clothes
Bottle/can of RTF Formula
2 bibs
Burp Cloths
Purel
receiving blanket (espeically if she has a Dr. appointment)
Extra Paci

Changing Table - I have 3 baskets underneath it on a shelf:

Basket 1 -
Tolietries/bedtime stuff:
Lotions
Overnight diapers
hairbrush
nail clipper
nail file
thermometor
Q-tips

Basket 2 -
Diapers

Basket 3
Diaper creams (I use Aquafor at every diaper change and Triple Paste at night)
Little Noses
Nasal Aspirator
Baby Tylenol
Mylicom

I have a little end table next to the changing table that has a small lamp and her wipes.
