Staring veggies and fruit???
How long did you do plain cereal for before starting fruit or veggies? Did you do fruit or veggies first? Did you wait until you were doing 2 cereals a day before adding anything? I am finding al of this to be VERY confusing!!!

Its confusing because everyone has a different approach.
The only rule that has any real medical basis in terms of stage one foods is only introducing one food at a time, and allowing 3-4 days before trying a new food. That way you can observe any reactions and know exactly what caused it.
Other than that, do what feels right to you!
