St. Joseph's RC church in Babylon
Does anyone regularly attend this church? DH and I live in West Babylon and just went this morning and liked it. We want to find a parish in our area that we really like since soon since we'll want to baptize our baby there this summer. Thanks !

I used to attend there when DH and I lived in W.Babylon...I loved that church. I actually continued to go after we moved to massapequa, but after a while, it was just too far. Very nice people and I liked all of the priests. However, I haven't been there since about 2002...

I believe unless you are in the confines of their parish, you cannot register there.

I go there (was at the 10:15AM this morning). I've been going there for about eight years now. I do not live within the confines of the parish. I got married there and my DS was baptized there. We really like it. They are doing all kinds of new things to get people involved.

I stand corrected! See post below...
I could have sworn that someone told me they wanted to register with that parish but St. Joe's wouldn't allow them to b/c they were not in the confines of the parish.
