Spotting the week before period?
I am due to get my period in exactly a week. I'm not certain, but I believe I O'd 2 weeks ago.
This morning I had bright red spotting. Any idea what that means/is?  I never usually spot between cycles.

I always spot a week before AF comes...I hate it!!!

Unless your LP is 21 days, then if you O'd 2 weeks ago, you'd be due for AF right around now.
How did you determine when you O'd? When you should expect AF?
Two scenarios:
1) You mixed up your O date - in which case this could be implantation spotting.
2) You mixed up your LP - in which case this is probably the start of AF.
