Spotting/Bleeding?

At 39/40 weeks?

My last internal was last Wednesday, so I know it's not from that. I'm guessing I'm losing my mucous plug?

Any of you girls experience this?

Should I be concerned?

Re: Spotting/Bleeding?

It could be the beginnings of labor! Any cramping with it? As your cervix opens up you tend to bleed. I would call your dr. and let them know what's going on.

No cramping as of yet.

Guess I better call the doc and get showered up just in case. Chat Icon

Saw my OB this morning and he said the spotting was normal. So now I'm just waiting it out. (I don't blame this kid for not wanting to come out just yet...it's hot out!!! Chat Icon )
