splenda
Does anyone know if splenda is bad for you? I find myself really liking products that contain this...but am worried that I shouldn't have too much of it.

I actually can't stand splenda...but i think their are so many conflicting reports because it is so new on the market.

I don't think anything chemically altered cam be good for you but at the same time in limited quantities I doubt would be really harmful.
