Spinoff to tipping the mailman...
how exactly do you do it? We're virtually NEVER home to see our mailperson....but I want to give her a little something something...
should i leave it in the mailbox?

i leave it in the mailbox, label it "postal carrier" and put cash inside the card

i would leave my mailperson coal 1/2 time he doesn't come downstairs to put our mail in the box. is 4 small steps he needs to walk down

We asked her name one day and wrote her a card. My DH works from home so he sees her everyday. She has been wonderful so we are glad we wrote her a special card. Especially since there was sub yesterday so if we wrote, mail carrier, she would have gotten our tip.
