Honey and strawberries. I can't remember the ages. I believe over a year for honey.

My ped said a year, but I'd already given the gerber strawberry & apple mix and they said it wasn't a big deal, there's so little strawberry in it anyway.

I've been giving berries and citrus since DS started eating baby food, I was not told not to and after the fact when someone told me not to I asked the dr and he said it was fine.

I asked the ped last week when I can give peanut butter and she said I could put some on my finger first and then let him taste it and go from their. Their are no allergies on either side for any nuts. DS is 13 months.
Strawberries I started giving him at 12 months.
