I lose interest quickly, so it varies, but in general:
Ms. Pac Man
Tetris (I love puzzle games in general)
Wii Sports
Warioware (on the DS..can't wait for the one on the Wii to come out)
Big Brain Academy
Brain Age
I go through phases, but I generally only play at DH's encouragement.

DW loves the world domination-type games on the PC. Sims, Sims2, Civilization, Civ2, and a few others that I forgot.
She's always better at the strategy games that involve brain power. I'd rather get a shoot-em-up game, put it in "God" mode, and just mow down everyone in sight...

I haven't played in a while, but my friends and I used to play my super nintendo all the time in college. We loved mario 1, 2 and 3 and yoshi's island!
I'm going to ask DH to hook it up tonight.
ETA: I also like some games on DH's xbox like Tiger Woods Golf and Fusion Frenzy.

Woah..some of you girls are playing FPS...that is hard to find these days.
I play pretty much anything. Zelda (Wii) has been taking up a lot of my time along with Gears of War (360)
I've yet to open PS3 but don't have any good games anyway...
I used to game on the PC but not so much anymore. Hard to play games without cheats and making sure your system is up to date in terms of graphics cards
