I did this last May & it was worthwhile...it was 2 nights & they covered everything from c-section stuff to a tour of the hospital. Then the next night was parenting & we saw a video & they let us practice holding/changing a baby & answered any q's you may have. It was worth it.
PS--if you're delivering at Southside, you'll be in great hands. I loved my experience there.
