South Shore Western Suffolk or Eastern Nassau... Fish Place?
I always go to Southside Fish and Clam on Montauk Highway in Lindenhurst and I always spend at least 2-3 hours on the line the day before Christmas Eve.
I just don't have that kind of time this year.
Any other suggestions of where to go in the area? I'm in Lindy, and am willing to travel 15/20 minutes in any direction.

There is a place in Amityville on Montauk Hwy just east of 110. Cant remember the name but we have bought stuff there.

We use Dean's or White Cap in Bay Shore - right on the bay off Montauk. I used to prefer White Cap.. but I've liked Dean's better more recently.

White Whale in Massapequa is pretty good. I love the Fishery in East Rockaway, but I'm guessing that's a bit too far?
