Sounds like Rachel could use a funny story.....
Well love, here you go........
So Ava has been doing fairly well with the potty training (I swear she's as stubborn as an ox). Every night before bath she has to sit on it.
Sooooooooo, she pulls down her shorts and big girl panties around her knees and hops onto the toilet. Next thing I know I see her pulling them down towards her ankles and she proceeds to pull out a freakin maxi pad out of her underwear......... 
I lost it - completely lost it. I cannot remember the last time I laughed that hard. Its 5 hours later and I'm still hysterical. The vision of my daughter at 3.5 pulling a maxi pad off her underwear was just too much for me.
Ava.......I tell you, its the name
