Sorta wedding related, wine tours.....

I am looking to plan a wine excursion bachelorette party for my friend. Can anyone recommend a tour group that they went through for a bach party or other event??????

We are probably looking to have about 10 people and the event will be in late October.

I did this for my best friend when she got married two years ago. I just rented a limo and picked the wineries that she liked the best, I also tried to pick the ones that did free tastings to help save money for all of us.

You can go to the website below and this will show you a map of the vineyards and you can also get event information, etc....

Be warned that some vineyards did charge us even though they were normally a free vineyard since we were over 6 people. That annoyed me, and we tried to break up into little groups so this didn't happen often.

We did the private tour/tasting at Martha Clara Vineyards for my Bachelorette Party. We were 10 girls. They take you to a private upstairs bar where you take some different wines and have a few snacks and then we went on a horse and carriage tour around the winery. It was really fun and everyone had a great time! My SIL had called them to set it up.

I think it was about $200 for a group of 10.

If I am remembering right it cost between $150-$175 a person. It was like $80 each for a 10 person limo and then dinner around $40 each and paying for a few tastings...plus we brought a cooler with snacks, cheese, crackers, fruits, veggies which everyone contributed to and we bought a few bottles at one of the vineyards and hung out....
