Sort of pregnancy related: We just ordered a new bed!!
Our "old" bed used to be really good. We got it 3 1/2 years ago, and paid a fortune for it. Unfortunately, since we moved, it's been sagging in the middle. I guess that's what we get for cramming a king-sized mattress into a one-bedroom basement apartment... 
Anyway, since I've been having all these back problem, DH INSISTED that we get a new bed, and that we make sure that we do it right this time. So, we went out and spent an INSANE amount of money on a Tempur-Pedic bed with the adjustable "boxspring" so that I can raise the head or the legs if I'm uncomfortable.
We SO can't afford it right now, but I guess it's worth the cost to try to get my sanity back.
It's coming tomorrow, so I'll let you guys know the verdict!

We just got a Tempur-pedic a few weeks ago and now we love it. It really took me a couple of weeks to decide if I liked it or not but now I really cannot imagine not sleeping on it. I hope it helps your back pain and your sanity!
