you can take regular tylenol for the headache.
not sure on sore throat.

You can do halls, vitamin c drops help, I also ate some honey off a spoon to coat it.

Drink a lot of water, and eat soup. Cough Drops and Chlroseptic Spray are allowed. I had the same thing at 12 weeks. I also slept with a humidfier.

benadryl is safe...i remember being only 10 weeks pregnant and i was SO sick with a sore throat i guess it was the flu...dr said it was safe to take benadryl it helped alot...feel better!
