SOooo nervous -- Put an offer on a new construction today!
DH and I have been working with our REA on a new construction home. We've been back and forth with the builder discussing changes in floorplans and such. We finally sat down and made a offer today!!!!!! We're doing everything from out of state, so we should hear tomorrow afternoon (our REA will be personally presenting the offer tomorrow morning). We're sooooo nervous because we added a few things into the contract that we're not sure the builder will agree to...but we're keeping our fingers crossed!!!

Congrats! Where is the house? We are getting ready to do the same thing out of state!
Its in Fayetteville, NC. Not my ideal location, but thats where the army is moving us. I'm just happy to be building our home!
