SONYMA peeps...Closing Cost Question

If you did a SONYMA loan, approx how much were your closing costs?

I know that it depends on what your taxes are and how much your home cost, so feel free to FM if you want.

I have an email into our Mortgage Company, so i'll probably know soon, but I just wanted to get a general idea.

The costs do vary depending on what you paid. We bought a condo so it was less. They paid the majority of our closing costs for us so in the end ourfees were pretty minimal. It did take forever to go through. We signed thecontract on September 6 and didnt close until December 5. That was two years ago though.
