Somthing funny I heard on the radio this morning....
these 2 DJ's were talking to a caller that is getting married...I think they were trying to make sure that he was 100% sure that he wanted to do this, and they asked him if he owned a home. He replied no they were renting an apt. One DJ said that married people do not rent apartments....they buy houses!!  The reason he gave was that renting an apt was temporary and that if you wanted the relationship to be permanent, you would buy a house!!
what are your thoughts on that??

 That is ridiculous! There are lots of people who OWN homes and their marriages don't last....what is his theory on that one?
People buy houses when they are ready and can financially afford it - not based on their relationship.

ummm, well that means most of us shouldn't have gotten married. A good chunk of the 06'ers didn't buy a house before marriage. Its too hard DJ's!!
