Some People Are Just Plain Old SAD

Ok, I just called one of my policyholders, I have spoken to her numerous times. I know YOUR VOICE jack azz! She picked up and I asked for "A", she says hold on...and click hangs up on me. The phone ran like 5 seconds later(we have caller ID) so I know it's her. I answered and she hangs up! Ok, you don't want to pay your bill. Suit yourself....when DMV is up your azz....don't be calling me cause I won't be here to help me!
