SO, you know how they always say "trust your instincts" or "go with your gut"?

I really feel like I should never go with my gut because I'm almost always wrong I think I have bad instincts or something! This is something I've always thought about myself. I'm always way overly cautious about stuff and I end up looking like an idiot because of it. I'd obviously perish in the wild

I sometimes feel the same way. I was always the kid who changed her scantron answer even though they say not to but I SWORE it was the right answer....everyone makes bad judgment calls from time to time. I'm sure there are times you are right, you just don't realize.

it's called rather be safe then sorry... i live by this... people always tell me i over react well i reather over react and it turn out better, then not react and have it turn out worse then i thought

I'm the same way...I've always said I'm an awful judge of character. Numerous times I've met someone and thought they were really great, only to find out they are a huge jerk and the same for hating someone at first judgement and ending up really liking them
