So, Re office called this morning.......
and I am NOT pregnant.....
This process is so horrible........I have to do three more IUIs before we can move on to IVF b/c that is the way the inurance company likes to torture women.
I POAS last night but thought maybe it could be wrong. We have been trying for so long and my BF is pregnant again and deep down, I hate her a little and I know that isn't nice.
I didn't think that I would be this upset, but I am a bawling idiot right now......I feel like the left out kid on the playground! When does it ever get to be my turn........

I am so sorry that you didn't get positive news. This can be the worst experience in the world...I never thought I could cry so much.
The bright side is that you do have IVF as an option...so you can always go that route if necessary.
For now, cry all you want.

I am sorry to hear this and we can all relate to what you are saying. Just try to look at the next 3 IUI's as your path to getting that much closer.
On the bright side...it's awesome that you have insurance to cover these types of procedures.

Thanks for all of your kind words. It is good to know that I have you ladies as a support network. Yes, it is true that I am lucky to have options in my insurance. The truth is, I left my job and took one in the Department of Education because of the insurance. I had a job in a Catholic school that I loved but the insurance stinks and DH doesn't have health iinsurance in his job.
I will cross my fingers for next month. Thanks, once again!

I'm sorry. I know how frustruating the whole process can be. My poor DH has witnessed my crazy mood swings over this very issue. You should have been at my RE's office when I was there on Saturday.... I was not happy. No one truly understands the emotional rollercoaster of infertility. If people only knew how we leave the house way before dawn sometimes several times in a week to go for 6:30 am sonogram and bloodwork and then rush to work hoping to make it on time.
It's that much more difficult when you are surrounded by "Fertile Myrtles" who "Woops, weren't careful that one night, had too much to drink and are preggos, again" or hear stories of couples much younger and married less time (and I'm only married 6 months) who got pregnant one month off the pill or their first time trying.
It's so hard but you can cry, scream, vent or whatever to us. We understand.
I hope your next IUI is the one!!

Hang in there! We all know how difficult it is. We are going onto our 6th IUI so I understand the frustration, but all we have is IUI because I cannot afford IVF and have no coverage for it.
Relax, get ready for the next cycle and have faith!
