So listen to this one...
Dh and I were grocery shopping last week. We were in the juice aisle and this woman approaches me. This is how it went
Her: Are you expecting?
Me: (holding a bottle of grape juice) Yes.
Her: Well, I thought I saw a little buldge there(looking at my belly)
Me: It's a good thing I am, because if not I would have been really offended(said jokingly)
Her: DON'T YOU KNOW PREGNANT WOMEN ARE NEVER SUPPOSED TO DRINK CRANBERRY JUICE!!
Me: No, I never heard of that before.
Her: Well, your doctor should have told you. It brings on contractions.
Me: Okay, thank you(trying to get rid of her, because I now realize she's a little wacky).
Her: REALLY I'M INTO SCIENCE AND IT HAS TO DO WITH THE PEPTIDES,BUT WHAT YOU CAN DO WHEN YOU GO IN LABOR IN MAKE ICE CUBES WITH CRANBERRY JUICE, INSTEAD OF WATER AND **** ON THEM.
WTH is with people. Of course I came home to see if I could find anything on her theory, and as suspected I didn't. But, would you ever just approach a stranger with this misc. information. I'll also add that when we finally got rid of her, we saw here a couple of aisles away offering some other advice to a man.

I had a UTI with my pregnancy and my Dr. told me to start drinking cranberry juice.. Some people dont know how to mind there P's&q's!

People are crazzzzzyyyy, my dr said to drink cranberry juice because it keeps away UTIs, the only thing bad is maybe it makes you more thirsty and dehydrated which can bring on pre-term labor and contractions ( i know a lot about those I have been in the hospital every week for the last few weeks because of contractions and pre-term labor)....
