So Jordana will only wear dresses
DH dresses Jordana every morning and it has become a battle. We dealt with it on Saturday afternoon after her nap and I figured out what it is- she ONLY wants to wear dresses with tights (not leggings). DH said- well she can't always wear dresses- and I said- why not. Get thick tights, thin undershirts and cardigans to go over. As long as its weather appropriate, why not let her wear what she wants to? So we stocked up on some tights and dresses this weekend and guess what- no trouble dressing.
Now if only I coudl figure out how to make her listen !

We have the same issue here. I try to get Miranda in pants some of the time because I have so many clothes and I am not buying dresses for cold weather.
I did stock up on almost only dresses for spring/summer. Let's hope she doesn't change her phase before then.

That's the incentive to listen
That's how we got Maddie to sleep in her own bed.
If she woke up in her bed, she could wear a dress that day. If she woke up in ours, it was a pants day.

That's how we got Maddie to sleep in her own bed.
If she woke up in her bed, she could wear a dress that day. If she woke up in ours, it was a pants day.

He's British isn't he. Just buy him a bunch of kilts.

My niece was and still is at the age of five, like that. She actually asked my SIL if she could wear a dress to her soccer game.
