So I went for a haircut and found out about a beginner dance class...
its a beginner Adult hip hop class that my haircutter is teaching at NSYNC Dance Studio in Massapequa... I think I'm gonna go... Its Wednesday nights from 8:15-9:15p... anyone care to join me?? Its 44 dollars a month...

That sounds like fun. I am a horrible dancer and have no rhythm what so ever. Is the class one month?

My niece goes there. FYI - the mom's/adult class performs at the recital (unless they started another one that doesn't) and the entire recital is a very big production. The auditorium at Massapequa High School is usually quite full for 2 performances.

well according to her... most of us are gonna be that way! LOL.... The class is once a week... Wednesday nights from 8:15p-9:15p... All Ages--20yr olds to 60yr olds... Beginners

Actually, I asked about a recital... she said we wont be in it unless everyone wants to be... but right now no recital...

$44 a month... runs for the school year

ETA: it does sound like fun. I just wouldn't want to be in a recital. I'm too shy.  Plus my dancing skills are really awful.

that's great!
Another LIFer and I have started taking Zumba classes. Its so much fun! My first class I could not wipe the smile off my face-it took me back to dancing school so quickly.
