So I tried cereal again and he loves it but my next question
how often do you give it to them. Right now he has it once a day. How do you know when to increase it to two times a day and then three times. Also do you them cereal each time or just a veggie/fruit (when we get to that)

My DS is almost 5 months and he gets up to 3 tablespoons of cereal with his first bottle and his second to last bottle. He gets up to 4 tablespoons of veggies with his second bottle which is around 12-1pm. When I start fruit I will give it to him with the cereal he gets in the evening. HTH

Ali is 3 months.
We give her one tablespoon of cereal once a day (her last bottle of the day)
We have been giving her this for the last month

Thanks. That is what I figured to do it for a month and then next month add another feeding.
