so I took a week off of running and and eating healthy
and I am back on the healthy eating and running
got up at 6am ran 3 miles and ate egg whites and turkey bacon for breakfast
I feel FANTASTIC
last week I ate like crap all week and felt like crap also
I must say I am happy to be back

i definitely indulge in some time off every now and then and allow myself my treats, but eating crap makes me feel like crap. i am more active then ever and feel my best
