So I just got on the scale since before the holidays...
and I gained three pounds So on top of 7 baby pounds I still had to loose now there's three more. I guess I know my New Years Resoultion

Holidays can do that to ya...or it could be water weight.
I try to never go on the scale- its detrimental to my diet plan.
Judge yourself by how your clothes fit or by measuring inches off your waist! It works better that way!
