I didn't do it but my SIL did and from what I understand it is a flat rate of $1875 I think and then $50 for each year after. Again I am not 100% but I dont think you can neg. the fee for CBR you might be able to neg. the collection fee that some dr.'s charge though.

I found out from one of my clients who opted to store her baby's cord blood that cryocell is around $800 a up front and $90 a year.

You get a $150 off registering before 6 months and another $100 if you just recommend them to a friend. The friend does not have to use them for you to receive the discount and all they ask for is the friend's email address. I think that's what it was for us if I remember correctly....

we paid $1800 and $95 yearly last year when my son was born..

but they raised their yearly fee to $125..no way to change that ..

I wasnt to say we paid 1600 something for the initial setup and storage and 99 per year (this was 2+ years ago). When I called I asked for the previous year's deal and they gave it to me. It took talking to 2 people though to get it.

I have a $150 coupon code somewhere ( I have to find it). If you can find a price someone paid last year, just call them up and tell them you want that price.


you may also have to pay your OB for collecting as well.
