So came home this week from work to find
Babysitter playing with DD on floor (good, right?). She's watching Ellie playing with the power cord on on the floor! 
So of course I say, she really shouldn't be playing with that. To which she says oh yeah, she always go right for it though...Um yeah, HELLO that's why I have you, isn't it? Otherwise why don't I just leave her crawling on the floor by herself when I go to court for the morning!

Sometimes babysitters don't get it. I had one say once "gosh, you really have to watch her every minute"  I'm like ah yeah I am not paying you $10 an hour to sit on your azz

I had to remove the plastic cap from a water bottle from my 11 1/2 mth olds mouth this afternoon.....thank goodness I work from home..this babysitter is new....she said" oh I didnt think she could choke on that"... I was SO mad...what is wrong with people...

You can say that again! Those of you who have family around to watch your little ones should be soooo thankful! I'm sure you are, but things like this must make you feel so much better.
