I took Athan to his 1 year wellness visit. He is a big healthy boy that's for sure. The doctor said he has the "stats" of a 15-18 month old. In all fairness - Chris and I are both over 6 feet tall and we are not "slim" Chat Icon Chat Icon

Height: 32 and 1/2 - 97 percentile
Weight: 27 lbs 10 ounces - 95 percentile

We will now be starting whole milk too. Yaaaay!! No more buying formula!!! Chat Icon Chat Icon

Thats great...dont worry my DS was 30lbs and 33 3/4 inches at his one year...and everyone kept saying it would slow down but lately he is popping out of his clothes!!!!

ETA: going to whole milk is a huge saver!!!!! I was so happy to kiss the formula goodbye!

It's amazing how much they grow in the first year and then it really does slow down.

Jack was born at 9lbs 11oz 22 inches.

at 12 mos was 28lbs 2oz and 30 1/4 inches

at his 2 yr appt....he was 33lbs and 36 in

at 2 1/2 he's still around 33 lbs and 38 inches

OK I will admit - I DID get a "little" teary eyed when I bought the last can of formula last week... but then when the woman rang it up and I forked over $24 for it... I got over that feeling really quickly!!!! Chat Icon Bring on the milk!
