snowboardgirl (Christine) - I found the Greek Yogurt!
It is really thick! I like the texture, I am getting used to the taste. I have been mixing it with almonds and fresh strawberries.
The one thing I learned is that it leaves a film on mouth. I was around with the film and my DH is like what is that?

I put a dash of splend in to cut out the sourness. I guess the calcium and protein leave that taste in your mouth. I never noticed it.

I use spenda because I have it here at work. If you use honey, don't use too much. You don't want a high glycemic snack, unless it is after your workout, of course.
