Snow Friday?
I know it's a little early, but does anyone know what's expected for Friday?
I get more and more paranoid driving in it  and am already ready for this winter to be OVER!

God I hope not.
Whenever someone raves about how much they love snow to me I ask them if they ever got in an accident as a result of snow on the road- or spun out on ice- or had something scary like that happen.
Usually once that happens to you- you realize what a waste snow really is...

I bet those are the same people who drive like maniacs in it  ETA mean those who "love" snow. Bring on spring!

It's supposed to start in the morning, ending by noon. Only a dusting, but max 1 inch. They said it will be very windy, so the snow will be blowing.

Once got into a 12 car pile up outide Quebec City
Still love the stuff and don't mind driving in it at all

Did you learn to ski and then to snowboard or have you always been on the board?
I learned to ski as a child and I just can't conqur boarding. I've tried many times and I'm just horrible at it

I skied maybe a HANDFUL of times as a kid... Not often at all so I wasn't 'used' to skiing.
Learned to snowboard about 15 years ago... It was HARD to learn, but I finally got used to it, was able to learn tricks & stuff really fast. Whereas with skiing, it's easy to learn but pretty hard to master. It took me about 4 or 5 times on a board to 'get it'
