Sleep Problems?
Hi Ladies,
I have a question. I am 8 weeks pregnant and I usually sleep on my back. Last night before bed I read in a book that I should be sleeping on my side. I tried that and I just could not get comfortable. I would sleep for two hours and then wake up, this went on all night. Finally, I tried to sleep on my back and that wasn't working.
Did anyone else experience this? If so, how did you figure out a way to sleep comfortably? TIA.

Sleeping isn't the problem I have had. getting up every hour to use the bathroom is!!!! I usually try to sleep on my side resting my leg on a pillow. I know some other girls bought a pregnancy body pillow and that has helped them get comfortable.
