Since there are a lot of new mommies, hairbow recommendation
Jen (Monkeybride) gave me the name of this lady on ebay. These hairbows are great, they pretty much stay in no matter what. We get the fully lined alligator clip ones with the grippers, so even my DH can put them in.
I sent her a swatch from the sash of Sarah's dress for my brother's wedding and she went out and found stain ribbon to match and custom made hairclips for the dress.
Buying the set of 12 infant bows and making a hairclip holder has become my standard gift for new baby girls. I really can't say enough nice things about her.

Just wanted to update. I love these hairclips so much, and a few months ago I went to order more and the link so longer worked. Well, I just found her again on ebay, she changed her name. In case anyone was looking for these bows it's now:
