Silly thoughts on pregnancy
I remember while I was pregnant with Maddie, I emailed everyone to tell them that we were expecting. I included a scanned sonogram picture. As soon as I hit the SEND button, it occured to me that I had just sent all of my friends a picture of my uterus. One friend called me up & thought I tore my ligament again and that the picture was a cute way of telling him, I wasn't going to Happy Hour.
I also remember my mother asking me about my appointment when I was 34 weeks. She said "Are you dialated at all?" After a moment of silence, I said "Are you asking me how big my crotch is getting?"
Anyone else care to share?

My DH had trouble looking my dad in the eye for weeks after we told my parents.

When we got pregnant so fast after Sarah with Andy my dad emailed my mom (they're divorced) to ask if they should get us some board games for Christmas.

I told my mom first b/c my dad was on vacation and my mom couldnt go so she was sad so I knew this would pick her up. But when it came time to tell my dad I was sooo nervous. I think he had a hard time accepting it and really didnt believe it until I poped.

My Dad actually asked if I was dilated. I found that weird. It is funny how everyone you know starts asking about dilation in the last few weeks.
