Silly Question....DS had his 2 mo ck up today w/ shots...
How will I know if DS has a fever??
I am armed with Tylenol and Dr said to give it, but how will I know??
What signs do I look for??
When could it happen??
TIA!!
BTW...he did GREAT!! Barely wimpered!!! SO proud of my little man!!!

I am convinced these kids do better than the parents!
Honestly, the best way to tell is by taking temp. Cailen felt a little warm and looked flushed, so I knew he had fever - but one dose of Tylenol he was fine!

Alyssa only had a fever once after her 2 month shots, she was fine all day and then that night before bed she had 101 fever. I gave her tylenol and she was fine the next morning.
i was able to tell because she felt warm so I took her temp.
Now before shots I always give her tylenol, and every 4-6 hours after for the first day and she has never gotten a fever since.
