should we put a new ipod touch on ebay? - Sold
MY DH got a 16g ipod touch as a gift from work. We have no receipt and we tryed to exchange it at the apple store for an iphone and were told it wasn't purchased there.
Update: Sold it.

We were also given iPods touches at work. A few people in the office sold theirs on eBay. I think they made around $370. That is weird that it can't be returned to Apple one of the ladies returned hers got a credit for about $425 and then sold that on eBay for just over $400.
