I may be that her skin is sensitive..My DD has the same problem...I would consult your Ped or Dermatologist..
My Ped recommended Aquaphor cream...I went to Dermatologist because it became worse and she prescribed a cream called epicream and Aveeno baby moisturizer.

I do use Dreft detergent..but only for DD's clothes not mine...I usually but like a burping cloth on my shoulder when I'm holding her...

Good luck hope the rash gets better.

Is it possible that the Bjorn was just rubbing against her? She seems fair and she's still a newborn so I would use Dreft, Tide Free or Ivory Snow...at least for a while.

About a month after DS was born, he started to get little pimples all over his face, but they cleared up pretty quickly. I figured it was just his skin adjusting to the 'outside'.

My DD just got them on her neck. I think its from when Im bathing her I really dont get her neck that well. The ped told me to make sure you get in folds and underneath her neck. Could that be the issue?
