Should I call the interview I went on almost a month ago?
Even though the job is still posted on their website?
I emailed a thank you to the 2 interviewers the day after the interview....no reply.
I called and left a message for one, no reply and got in touch with the other. She sounded flustered and said they were still interviewing.
Should I call or just forget it?

I normally would, but the first interviewer and I had a really good interview, it gave me great confidence...

they have your info and will call
i would not cal lthem again
maybe they are just taking a while to decide...maybe they already decided
i do, however, think that they owe you a note or call saying they have filled the position. i think its unprofessional not to send that.
