Shoe recs for a baby that hates shoes!
DD is 11mos and hates wearing shoes. I've been putting the Target 'knock offs' of Robeez, and she just pulls them off. She's walking now, so I don't know if that's the reason (she needs shoes more like Stride Rites or Pedipeds)? Or my baby should have been born in Aruba where she can run barefoot on the beach all day (haha).
Anyway, please recommend your shoes (we'll probably be shopping this weekend) if your DC was like this too!

I was just going to post this.
My boys HATE wearing shoes. Christopher will tolerate it, byt Matthew will cry and pull them off because he is walking.

I am in the same boat...DD pulls off all her shoes. She doesn't walk yet..but how is she going to learn without shoes? Sometimes it's jsut too cold to let her be without socks (since my DH keeps the house the temperature of a meat locker).

I love letting her be barefoot, but now that its cold out, but i don't think daycare would appreciate that in the middle of winter lol!!
I feel like i'm pushing it letting her be barefoot now :)
Anyone know where they sell pedipeds around here? I'll try those maybe..

I don't know if it was just a fluke, but Josh never would even keep socks on...we could not even get a good measurement of his foot-he would always ball it up.
I went to stride rite, gave him 3 shoes to pick from , he picked a pair, put them on at the store and hasn't fought me since. sometimes he will take one off to pay with, but never a fight to get on.
we had to get the shoes, he liked walking on the deck outside, after the second splinter I knew it was time.
