She keeps waking up in the middle of the night again!!!!!

I thought this was way over??????

I dont know why she is doing it. We were just away on vacation for a week but this started before we even left. Every night (well early morning I guess) at around 4..she wakes up screaming! While away I had no choice but to take her in bed with me, but last night she screamed and screamed for like 20 minutes...finally when she heard my dh tell her to go to sleep, she laid down and went back. I dont know whats going on?? She is 22 months, not in pain, not hungry..how can I break this?? There is no way I can stop her from waking, but I wonder WHY she is waking up..

Anyone else btdt at this age or going through it now?
