Re: Share your favorite smoothie recipes

I usually just cut up bananas, strawberries and add ice for a smoothie. I dont like additional drinks or yogurts to add into it

The base for all my smoothies is the same:

1/2 cup FF Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Skim Milk

Then, I add whatever I'm in the mood for, which is usually

1 Banana
1 cup of Strawberries (or any other kind of berry - I usually use frozen berries - just make sure they are thawed first, unless you have a very powerful blender)

or

1 Banana
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
1 Tablespoon Nutella

You can also add a little bit of Splenda or Honey to sweeten if necessary.

1 Banana
Strawberries
Raspberries
Pineapple
Orange Juice
Ice

Blend together and enjoy!

Sometimes I will add protein powder. I don't like adding yogurt to my smoothies.

Re: Share your favorite smoothie recipes

i just bought yoplait frozen berries at BJ's this past weekend that are packages per serving.
they're strawberries, blueberries, and raspberry and all i do i add 3/4 cup soy milk (any milk is fine tho)
they also have other things u can add to the berries to make smoothies. one of them says that u can add a banana and pineapple juice for a "tropical smoothie"

Re: Share your favorite smoothie recipes

--Low fat vanilla yogurt (or Chobani Greek yogurt, which is what I usually use)
--Fresh fruit: strawberries, bananas, blueberries, whatever floats your boat
--Some ice

I don't like any other liquids in my smoothie, but some people might light orange or pineapple juice

This is exactly what I do. Sometimes I add a tablespoon of Peanut Butter or Nutella.
