Seriously I hate Time Warner (vent)

we moved out of Queens in Feb. called and cancelled our Time Warner cable on 2/15 then in March I received a bill from them for that month...so we had to go down to Queens Center Mall to theTime Warner store and prove with documentation that we were not living in our apt for Feb and March...they said that it was all taken care of and shut off our service and credited out account and today i get a notice from them saying that our account is seriously past due and they are going to turn it over to a collection agency...

now i am the phone with them and they do not have any record of any of this and they are saying that we owe all this money for a service that was supposed to shut off in Feb.

Fax it to them and show it to them again. Follow up with emails/faxes.

I had a similar problem with cablevision, I turned in my equipment and paid a final, then they sent me to collection for the following month. I never knew anything until I checked my credit. I went through hell to get it all cleared up before I applied for my mortgage, but all worked out in the end.
