How long have you been on the market for?
Have you gotten any offers?
Do you have another house lined up?
How many times have you lowered your price?

Do you have another house lined up? yes and they dont want to wait for us to sell so we may have to back out

Well we did have an offer and the paperwork went to the lawyer but somehow it fell through this weekend. We'll know more tomorrow. We've been on the market since July with 3 offers all together. 2 way too low and the other one just right but something went wrong. We lowered it twice so far and I don't know if we'll lower it again. We don't have a house yet though.

We've been on the market since late July with no offers.
We just lowered our price and rearranged the rooms to make them look a bit more appealing (really we got rid of stuff that was making them look cluttered).
It's not going well where we live in general--lots of co-ops are just sitting.
We do have a few houses that we really like lined up--as soon as we go to contract, we'll make an offer on them, if they are still around. One went to contract recently, and that was disappointing.
I think it's slow all over. Best wishes to everyone to sell soon!

We have been on the market for 4 months and lowered 3 times so far. That last time we showed the house had to be about a month ago. We aren't in any rush so I know it will take as long as it takes. I made it really clear to my DH that I will not look at any homes before we are even in a contract because I didnt want to fall in love with something and then cant have it. I glad we also didnt look because we have decided to move to Queens in an apartment that my FIL has which has alot of room.

We have been on the market for 6 months, 3 offers all too low to take and lowered the price once. I contacted the people who really seemed to like the house for feedback and the main reason they state for not making an offer is that we only had 1 bathroom. Hubby is VERY handy so we are converting a walk in closet into a half bath and hopefully that will get us better offers. Since he is doing it himself the cost will be low.
