Seehere.com- This is the reply I received- question..

I e-mailed them a few days ago because the order I placed showed it shipped 12/12 and I hadn't received it...It was a sweatshirt, mug, teddybear, and 2 ornaments....

Now my question is- From reading their reply, does it appear that none of my items shipped ? ( I was still holding out for a shipment today )

Also, are they giving me my entire order for FREE ?????

It really does seem that they try to please their customers, which I appreciate....

I was just really hoping that at least my DH's sewatshirt from the kids would have arrived today

I dont think you are going to get it today. It look like they are going to refund the full amount plus an extra free ornament as they dont have the one you order.

Sorry your not getting your things on time Sucks they got lost in the mail
it's does sound like you are getting all your items re-made, and shipped to you, and a refund.
when I called about missing cards, they made them for me, and I got the remakes and the original order the next day!!!!
I really have to say in a world where customer service is going by the way side, they go really do everything they can.

I smell a coverup. I have a feeling they never mailed anything. I think you are getting your order for free, though. I ordered a snap book from them and it came out great. It was all my Forever Fireflies pics from the last shoot.

It looks to me that they are re-doing your order (maybe it got lost in the mail?) and not charging you for it. Additionally, they seem to be throwing some other free stuff your way too

I don't know. Maybe you will get it. But, I received a weird email from them. I ordered three mugs.. They came and the quality was...ehhh.. But, I never complained. They said that they looked at the print of the order and realized the quality was inferior and overnighted me 3 new mugs... So maybe your stuff will come overnighted???

BTW.. the new mugs were much better.
