Sams Club/BJ/Costco baby question

Ok, I know a lot of you will say no-way, but will any of you consider buying formula & diapers through Sams/BJs/Costco? My friend in Florida swears by the Sams formula. I'm sure its all the same anyway. If so, which place are you going to use?

I'm always looking for ways to save.

Thanks

If they are the same ingrediants and if/when I will use formula why not. Heck if the diapers are cheaper my kid may just be sporting a BJ's originals. Things like that don't bother me.

I know a ton of people that do this. I may go this route depending on what formula this baby needs. If you compare to a "name brand" they have the same stuff in them.

I buy wipes all the time from Costco.

yea, they def. don't bother me either. I was just wondering. See we have a Costco membership, but if baby stuff is cheaper at Sams, we may get a membership there. We don't live too close to a BJs anyway.

yea, its the same price per ounce as Sams Club. Walmart & Sams are the same owners. I just would love to buy something like formula powder & diapers in bulk instead of running out all the time. (we'll see).

For the first few months we used Pampers, then I started using the BJ's brand diapers. They work just fine and they are soooo much cheaper then Pampers.

I plan on re-joining BJ's in the next few weeks for just this reason.

I tried the Costco diapers and he leaked through. After the third time, I threw out the diapers. Those were the only diapers he has leaked through.

Re: Sams Club/BJ/Costco baby question

if your gonna buy store brand formula parents choice from walmart is compared to enfamil and similac and they are identically for half the price.. My dd was on gentlease from enfamil and it was a little expensive compared to regular formula..But it was half the price with the same ingredients from parents choice.. I also buy pampers from bjs its name brand but cheaper then other stores

Re: Sams Club/BJ/Costco baby question

We bought wipes from Costco and my husband actually likes them better than the Huggies wipes. I tried diapers from CVS and I hated them. I might try Costco/Sams diapers. As for formula, I will not use the non-name brand. My son already has a sensitive digestive system and I would rather not take a chance on upsetting it further. I will continue to use coupons and hunt for deals to save money.
