runny,, stuffy nose now fever

I know the reg protocol for my sick 3 year old. Just want some other tips cause i would like to prevent her from getting worse.
Weve been up pretty much since 4 am. She wont nap. Im giving tylenol and using a nasal aspirator to help clear it out. But im doing this like every hour or 2 cause its running so bad and she doesnt know how to blow it out. I tried to show her but she doesnt want to. I have to go to work tomorrow and my mom is watching her but i have to bring her to my moms house.
Now her temp is 100

Heres my list of stuff to do: please add to it.
Humidifier at night
Nasal aspirator
Tylenol when needed
Steam the bathroom
Saline nebulizer

She missed school today and will.most likely miss friday which sux...

Please tell me.more things i can do from natural to not. Meds anything
I also plan to make chicken soup

Sounds like you're doing all good stuff. My ped suggests giving children's claritin or Zyrtec or Benadryl to try to dry some of it up. Motrin works better for us at night than Tylenol. You could try vicks vapor rub or the vicks plug ins. Elevate her mattress. Hope she feels better soon!

If your DD is 3 yrs old i would try a quarter to half dose of benadryl before nap time and bedtime. It helps dry it out soooo much faster. I'd elevate the bed or mattress a bit, and put vicks on the back and bottom of the feet while running the humidifier.
:( sorry your baby is sick
