Running sneakers? Merrells?
What do you runners wear? I'm starting to not love my asics anymore and someone at work suggested Merrells. Any opinions?

I have Mizunos and LOVE them. I have heard Brooks are good too!

I wear Brooks now. They are by far the best running sneaker I have had. I have tried almost every other brand and these are the best for me. A lot of my coworkers also love Brooks.

I fell into Nikes in jr high and I switched once and had awful shin splints...I have had nikes ever since and rarely get shin splints, so I stick with them.
Runner's World always has articles about shoes, but honestly I don't know how to read them...I guess I don't put much effort into it, since I'm satisfied.
