Rollcall...All the mommies expecting....
There seems to be a lot of "05 and '06 moms that are pregnant for the second time. I thought it would be fun to get a thread going with our child's current age and our due dates; how we're feeling and any secrets to get through the tough 1st trimester. Add anything else that you wish to.
Me:
DD - Molly just turned a year and me EDD is 4/9/08 so they will be about 19-20 months apart. This pregnancy has been a bit tougher then the first since I have more morning sickness but DH has been very helpful with everything.

i am an 06 mom, already had my 2nd 14 months apart.
But I wanted to give you guys some tips about the 1st trimester and the rest of pg..
My survival
1-Enlist DH, he needs to be a tremendous help, especially with the 1st born and doing things around the house.
2-rest when #1 rests-REALLY REST, READ, do anything that involves you sitting down relaxing.
3-Take your prenatal at night before bed if you can or ask your doc for an alternative if you feel very sick during the day. My prenatals made me sooo nauseaus if i took em in the am, and being home by myself with DD that didn't work out well. I took em at night, but that stopped working too and wound up taking Flintstones my 1st trimester and felt A TON BETTER.
4-Don't be so hard on yourself or feel guilty about thinking you are not paying enough attention to #1, they won't remember or be scared for life if you take some time for yourself-believe me you'll need it
5-Enjoy time with #1, do special outings, take lots of pics. I did and loved it since mine are so close, it made those feelings of "not enough time with #1" melt away very quickly.

Julia turned 2 in July.
I'm due with this baby May 9th, but I will be having a c-section a week or 2 early so it will be a late April baby!!
I'm having MS with this baby like I did with Julia, but its not as bad. I just hope it doesn't get worse. 
ThankGod Julia is so good, and helps me around the house, DH is great and helps out so much to make things easier for me.

Aww - I'm sorry you are having morning sickness again. I remeber with Ella I had bad MS. It was so hard dealing with a 2 year old. But I am glad to hear you are getting lots of help. I hope it passes quickly

I'm sorry to hear about the morning sickness. I'm in the same boat only it's 100x worse this time. At least we can commiserate together.

It was tough in the beginning. I had more MS then I did with the first one but DD is so good. Now a little more over the half way mark feeling great. Ali loves to give her little sister

im an o6 mommy and due 4/1/08. so the age difference is going to be 25-26 months apart. since i miss the cut off for 2 under 2 i will be 2 under 3. olivia will be two for a while. haha
had morning sickness from the beginning. starting to subside. im at 11 weeks now and it comes a goes. some days none and other days its for 3-4 hours. never had it with my first. my best way to deal with the pregnancy is to sleep when olivia does.

DD turned 1 in june....
EDD May 10th, 2008 for #2.....
i have absolutely no pregnancy symptoms....i often think that im not even pregnant bc i just dont FEEL it....which totally scares me bc all i think about is miscarrying....im a little on edge.... so, yeah, my first pregnancy was the same (except that i didnt like my pre-natals- but this time around i am fine with them).....

I'm a March 06 mom and #2 is due 4/10/08 so they'll be 25 months apart. The MS is killing me this time around, but I feel like it's starting to ease up!

sorry- I haven't been on so much lately- just saw this now!
DS was born at the end of '06-
#2 is due 4/8. I am 11 weeks today.
Feeling queasy on and off but it is not as bad as #1- starting to break out the maternity clothes soon- just ordered the bella band. Just very tired and overwhelmed- but starting to feel a lot more happy and excited by this surprise!

Ds will be 2 on Oct 1st
I am due 4/18/08 but am having c-section so it will be a little earlier.
I haven't been on at all lately b/c this kid is killing me! I have been feeling horrible.

I am an 07 Mom.
Tyler was born on St. Patrick's Day, March 17th, 2007. He is currently 6 months old today.
I am due with # 2 May 21st. So far so good. No symptoms at all.

i'm an '06 mom- ryan was born on june 29th, 2006....my due date is 4/10/08, but will go 2 weeks early for a c-section. had a couple of issues the first few weeks, but so far so good....i have to say that for some reason i am SO nervous this time around. with ryan i was pretty relaxed even though i was high risk from day #1. kind of weird.....anyway, they'll be 21 months apart....have been a bit more nauseous with baby #2 than i ever was with ryan. will be 11 weeks on thursday!! congrats to all!!!
