Richard Simmons -- "The Total Package"
Richard Simmons adjusted his junk ... on live TV!
Simmons was seen on "Today" this morning, sticking his hand into his terrifying short shorts and adjusting his package, unaware that cameras were on him!
Cutting back to the hosts just seconds too late, Matt Lauer asked, "What is he doing there?" as the group broke into laughter. Before jumping to the weather, Al Roker said, "That was scary, something for YouTube".
